The digital signage landscape continues to evolve, and Sharp’s latest offering, the MExx2 Series, is designed to meet the needs of diverse environments such as retail, restaurants, theaters, houses of worship, and corporate settings. This new lineup is the first product line co-developed by the engineering teams from both Sharp and NEC, leveraging the strengths of both companies under the SNDSA joint venture.
The MExx2 Series emphasizes updated connectivity to align with industry standards, integrating high-end media player functionality and a newly developed platform for CMS integration. With onboard media playback via internal storage or USB, and robust support for content management integration, the MExx2 Series offers an advanced solution for digital signage applications.
The product line supports both landscape and portrait orientations and is slimmer and lighter than previous models, while still maintaining a robust full metal chassis preferred for commercial applications.
